About Seara
Hey! My name’s Seara, and I’m the founder of Revive Fitness Studio. I grew up doing gymnastics and cheerleading, which sparked my love for movement, strength, and pushing limits. That passion led me to study Exercise Science, Nutrition, and Gerontology in college, where I deepened my understanding of how the body moves, fuels, and ages.
Revive Fitness was born from my desire to create a space where movement is both empowering and accessible—helping people build strength, improve mobility, and feel their absolute best at every stage of life. Whether it’s a dynamic Pilates session, a mobility-focused class, or a high-energy workout, I believe fitness should be both effective and enjoyable.
At Revive, we focus on functional movement, injury prevention, and creating a community where everyone feels supported. My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and rediscover the joy in movement—because fitness isn’t just about exercise, it’s about living well.
